  The last several orders have either been wrong... late or not good.. Just when I was about to give up on this pizza hut a manager named Janet offered to remake the pizza and bring it to us personally... She went above and beyond and is committed to making the changes needed at this location.. I hope so because I used to really love Pizza Hut... Thanks Janet

  I will start by explaining how we order pizza from this location at least once a month...I ordered ahead of time so that i would not have to have my family wait while I was driving home from work and they where all waiting for dinner at home with my wife...pizza still not done on time...wait another 10 minutes after I get there and then pizza comes out not done...they out it back the oven and burn it this time...when they finally finished making one large pepperoni and one large plain cheese pizza I had been in the restaurant for over 45 minutes, mind you I ordered ahead of time so I was not out of the door with the pizza until I had been am hour past scheduled pick up time...only thing the employee said was "sorry bro we have been real busy", nothing else, well you are one less customer to be busy with now I will never come here again.

  The reviews for this location aren't stellar so I thought I'd throw them a bone. No, service hasn't always been great here. But things are getting much, much better than they were a year ago. I've ordered in the past and my food has been 30+ minutes late with items missing or flat out wrong. I ordered from them last night and got everything I ordered ahead of the online estimate. The delivery person was friendly and courteous. The food was hot, fresh, and well made. That's about all you can ask for.
